Assessment Fees
Initial Home Assessment
£350
A comprehensive assessment of daily activities, functional abilities and the home environment, with practical recommendations to improve safety, independence and everyday living.
Where appropriate, this can include moving and handling, specialist seating, equipment, care recommendations and home adaptations.
We believe in taking a joined-up approach. Where several areas can be assessed during the same visit, we won’t charge separately for each one.
Rehousing Assessment
£475
A specialist assessment of your housing needs, including a written report covering accessibility, functional abilities and the suitability of your current accommodation.
Our independent clinical recommendations provide professional evidence to support applications for more suitable housing and help inform future housing decisions.
Follow-Up Visits (£125)
Some situations will require additional support, such as equipment trials, reviewing recommendations or assessing progress.
Follow-up visits will be arranged only when necessary with any additional work discussed and agreed in advance.
Our Commitment to Accessible Occupational Therapy
We believe that financial circumstances should not always prevent someone from accessing the occupational therapy support they need.
We recognise that, for some individuals and families, the cost of a private assessment may simply be beyond their means.
With this in mind, we offer a limited number of complimentary assessments to people who might otherwise be unable to access private OT services.
These are considered on an individual basis, depending on circumstances and availability.
