“More than just a chair”

I once worked with a gentleman who had spent most of his career in senior finance roles. He had been used to bespoke suits from Saville Row and took real pride in how he presented himself.

When we began discussing specialist seating, he was understandably reluctant. To him, it felt like another sign of decline and another piece of “medical equipment” being added to his life.

I asked him how his best suits had felt to wear. He spoke about the difference immediately in the way that they fitted properly, how they allowed him to move comfortably, how they gave him confidence and presence.
